Compassionate, certified caregiver dedicated to delivering dignified, evidence-based care. Bringing warmth, clinical skill, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of every patient served.
About me
My calling to caregiving grew from a deeply personal place โ witnessing first-hand how the quality of care shapes not just health outcomes, but the entire experience of being human during moments of vulnerability. That insight drives every shift.
I hold a Level II Professional Caregiver certification through JP International Examinations, bringing together rigorous clinical training with a philosophy grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the belief that every patient deserves to be seen as a whole person.
From assisting with daily living activities to monitoring vital signs and providing emotional support for families navigating difficult moments, each responsibility is approached with the same care I would bring to someone I love.
Every patient deserves privacy, respect, and autonomy regardless of their condition or circumstance.
I use structured reflection โ Gibbs' Cycle โ to grow from each experience and continuously sharpen my care.
Supporting families with education, honest communication, and emotional presence is central to holistic care.
Accurate, timely records protect patients and ensure continuity of care across every handover.

Credentials
Every patient is someone's entire world. I carry that with me on every shift, in every interaction, and in every decision I make on their behalf.
โ Fay Kendi, caregiving philosophy
Clinical skills matter, but sometimes what a patient needs most is a calm presence, a listening ear, or a hand to hold.
Every experience โ the challenging ones especially โ is an opportunity to learn, adapt, and become a better caregiver.
Patient confidentiality, honest documentation, and professional boundaries are not negotiable โ they are foundational.
